We are looking for a Director of FP &; A to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead in-year performance management, including target setting, variance analysis vs. budget/forecast, and proactively identifying and driving initiatives to deliver growth and profitability
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and SKIMS’ 5-year long-range planning cycle, setting enterprise-level targets, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution against key milestones
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of monthly financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, demonstrating strong executive presence and effectively communicating financial performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Planning, Commercial function, and enabling functions to influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives
  • Lead the development of financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and key strategic priorities
  • Play a leadership role in Finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation and optimization of EPM tools and scalable processes
  • Champion best-in-class financial planning and analysis practices, enhancing tools, processes, and reporting capabilities
  • Leverage advanced financial modeling expertise in Excel; experience with NetSuite and Planful preferred
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing competing priorities and leading through ambiguity with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&;A, Corporate Finance, or related roles, with a strong track record of progressive leadership and impact
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic finance leader, influencing senior stakeholders and driving business outcomes
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-level leadership and/or Board of Directors
  • Experience leading annual budgeting and long-range planning processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional partnerships across Commercial, Operations, and other enabling functions
  • Experience driving finance transformation initiatives, including systems implementations (EPM tools such as Planful, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with NetSuite and Planful (or similar systems) preferred
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus

Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 / year
