Christian Dior Merchandising Manager

Job responsibilities

► Merchandising
o Synchronize merchandising related issues between Vietnam and the Regional team and analyze sales performance;
o Propose suitable merchandising assortment and work with the Regional Merchandising Team on Open-To-Buy before buying season;
o Manage stock transfer and handle stock requests from Boutiques to maximize sales;
o Cross check and consolidate requests from the boutiques and submit to the Regional team and follow up of the sender countries to get the products
o Analyze customer buying behavior for better understanding of the market;
o Be a contact person to support, coordinate and follow up with the Regional Merchandising for the new collections, mark down, and client orders

►Inventory & Logistics
o Track delivery schedule on shipment of responsible product lines;
o Monitor physical inventory take and reconciliation on stock discrepancy;
o Coordinate on product replenishment and allocation for each boutique with Regional Team and ensure the stock allocation are effective and appropriate;
o Study stock level for each product line closely and propose action plan to reach optimum level;
o Monitor on product qualities and report on defective items
o Coordination with Retail Team
o Provide support on new product launch and assist in product training;
o Monitor retail KPI and implement incentive to boost sales

►Reporting
o Update order maps
o Generate weekly & monthly reports on sales performance & merchandising related issues and propose action plans

►Support Auditing process
o Support and monitor the stock taking process on a monthly basis.
o Check the products in the boutique for auditing purpose to ensure the proper compliance.

Profile

► Education & Professional Qualifications
o University degree or above in relevant field.

► Work Experience
o Previous experience in retailing of luxury good and service-related industry
o Minimum 5 years' experience in Merchandising function.
o Knowledge of custom and tax regulations.
