This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a robust data-driven quality system. The specialist will lead efforts in data analysis, action plan activation, and the digitalization of quality reporting.

Responsabilità del lavoro

  • Oversee customer satisfaction metrics and the data-driven quality system.
  • Analyze customer claims and product returns to identify root causes and trends.
  • Activate and animate corrective and preventive action plans based on quality data.
  • Manage quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Drive the digitalization of quality data and reporting processes.
  • Define, maintain, and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in quality processes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address significant quality issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation within quality operations.


Profilo

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with data analysis tools and quality management software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
