HUGO BOSS are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers across Australia and New Zealand. The role is responsible for end-to-end Account Management, inclusive of coordinating seasonal campaigns from our showroom in Cremorne, in season trade, and proactively driving sell-through via marketing and visual merchandising opportunities. Then role requires experience in managing accounts across fashion or lifestyle, with knowledge of tailoring and formal wear strongly desired.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined customer group, including (but not limited to) Franchise partners, independent multibrand clients, as well as majors. The role works closely with brand partners at curating an assortment that speaks to the brand direction, whilst appreciating the client demographic. The Key Account Manager takes a wholistic approach, supporting the client with driving sell-through via ways of training, visual merchandising, and marketing.
By acting in the above, the Key Account Manager will develop strong, long-lasting relationships with brand partners, and draw on valuable industry feedback and insight where required.
This role requires consistent and accurate sales forecasting and trade reporting, allowing visibility on all points of sale across the region and insights into consumer trends.
Sales forecasts and distribution plans are looked at closely with the Head of Wholesale, ensuring decisions on brand presentation and standards are aligned to the overarching brand strategy.

What you can expect:
- Own and manage defined set of clients across Multibrand, Franchise and Major channels
- Provide full end-to-end Account Management service to support driving sell-through and brand presentation
- Coordinate and lead seasonal selling campaigns for each client
- Provide accurate forecasting on sell-in and invoiced sales plans
- Share trade updates on owned channels within wholesale department and broader business
- Align product deliveries with key marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent 'tone of voice' throughout the region
Your profile:
- 3-5 years' experience in Account Management, showroom selling or retail management
- Strong tailoring or formal wear experience with ability to build comprehensive collections
- Proven experience in setting and achieving sales targets
- Passion and awareness of fashion and retail landscape, including understanding of competitors in market
- Commercial understanding of trade reporting and analysis
