This role is responsible for shaping and driving the Outerwear / Tailoring category, translating brand DNA, market insights and consumer needs into compelling, functional and commercially strong collections

What you can expect:

• Own the Outerwear category and drive the creative vision and seasonal direction in line with brand DNA and commercial objectives.
• Translate trend, consumer, and market insights into focused seasonal Outerwear concepts and cohesive ranges.
• Create clear design outputs (sketches, CADs, tech packs) with precise construction, fit, and trim details for all Outerwear styles.
• Select and develop Outerwear-specific fabrics, fillings, linings, and trims with a strong focus on performance, durability, and sustainability.
• Work closely with Technical Development and Pattern Making to optimize fit, construction, and quality, including active participation in fittings.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sourcing, and Merchandising to balance design vision with price architecture, margin, and calendar requirements.
• Monitor market and competitor activities in Outerwear and translate insights into product enhancements and new concepts.
• Ensure all Outerwear design deliverables are provided on time and in full, adhering to the seasonal calendar and supporting a smooth end-to-end process.

Your profile:

• Keen sense of fashion, product and trends with a strong creative mindset.
• Strategic, solution-oriented thinker with high level of ownership and accountability.
• Strong organisational skills, assertiveness and excellent communication, with the ability to structure complex topics clearly.
• Proven professional leadership skills, including stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and CLO 3D; working knowledge of SAP/PLM is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable design role, ideally with focus on Outerwear.
