To strengthen our Sourcing & Production division, we are looking for a Senior Material Sourcing Manager Outerwear (m/f/d).

What you can expect:
- Responsible for strategic sourcing and portfolio management for Outerwear by implementing the Tier 2 sourcing strategy in close collaboration with business owners, business leads, Creative R&D and Technical R&D, with the goal of optimizing the supplier base and strengthening collaboration with the creative product teams in this key category.
- Development and management of a comprehensive Tier 2 supplier evaluation system for Outerwear that integrates data from quality, procurement, TPD, and sustainability teams, as well as the implementation of an evaluation and volume matrix to prioritize strategic suppliers and optimize sourcing decisions for Outerwear fabrics, insulations, linings and related components.
- Leading the onboarding process for Tier 2 suppliers within the Outerwear portfolio, including system validation, contract management, and document requirements, ensuring that all new partners comply with HUGO BOSS quality, technical and sustainability standards.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the visibility and performance of Tier 2 suppliers in Outerwear, focusing on availability, cost, quality, innovation and sustainability, while establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key fabric and component suppliers to drive continuous improvements and support the Outerwear product pipeline.
- Conducting seasonal strategy meetings with Tier 2 suppliers for Outerwear to review evaluations, performance data, and areas for improvement, including the preparation of detailed performance reports by category, setting clear improvement goals, and aligning future objectives with the overall Outerwear sourcing and collection strategy.

Your profile:
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Textile/Apparel Management, or a comparable qualification, combined with at least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally within the textile/apparel sector.
- Professional experience in sourcing Outerwear fabrics and components
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, paired with a structured, independent, and reliable working style.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a high level of assertiveness and a team- and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus.
- A collaborative and goal-driven approach to work, ensuring effective teamwork and successful outcomes.
