Employer: Tiffany and Company U.S. Sales, LLC
Position: Director, Retail Excellence
Location: Coral Gables, Florida and 40% domestic and international travel required to client selling events and meetings.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with corporate, in country retail leaders, and store leadership teams to improve retail performance and retail excellence. Monitor and review the performance of each store. Partner with the President and country retail leadership to enhance performance across sales, client experience, store and team productivity, operations, and compliance. Collaborate with store leadership and the regional store planning team and operations teams to ensure that all stores reflect the Tiffany brand image at all times.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field plus three (3) years of experience as a Sales Manager or related occupation.
· In the alternative, we will accept five (5) years of experience.
· Must have written and oral fluency in Spanish.
Experience must include:
· US and LATAM markets
· Retail management of luxury stores
· Retail performance, learning, and operations
· Client relations management
· Trade markets
· Franchise network supervision
· Fine and high jewelry
· Customer insights
· Inventory and merchandising management
· Market insight reporting
· Developing cost-effective marketing roadmaps
Rate of Pay: $188,000 - $256,000
