CEO – Beauty Brand (Dubai)

CEO – Established Beauty Brand Location: Dubai

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead an established and commercially successful beauty brand.

The business has already built a strong presence across the GCC, with a loyal customer base, proven product-market fit, and consistent performance. We are now looking for a CEO to take full ownership of the company and lead it through its next phase of growth.

The Role

The CEO will take full responsibility for the performance and direction of the business, including:

Full P&L ownership and accountability Setting and executing the company’s overall strategy Leading all core functions including commercial, operations, marketing, and product Strengthening brand positioning and market presence Driving operational excellence and scalability Building and leading a high-calibre leadership team This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proven operator with deep experience in the beauty industry:

10+ years’ experience within leading beauty brands (e.g. L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Sephora or similar) Demonstrated experience managing P&L and leading sizeable business units Strong track record of scaling and improving established brands Commercially driven, with a clear understanding of both brand and performance Experience operating at senior leadership level within a structured organisation Able to transition into a founder-led environment and take full ownership This is a CEO role requiring full ownership of the business end-to-end and the ability to elevate what is already in place.
