We are beyond excited to be opening a brand-new boutique at Ala Moana, Honolulu, and we are now on the hunt for multiple passionate and driven Full-Time Boutique Stylists to join our founding team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new store opening and help bring the CAMILLA experience to life from day one.

What a CAMILLA Boutique Stylist will do…

• Deliver an angelic level of service to every client
• Build meaningful relationships with new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members
• Be a true styling icon, bringing the product to life through storytelling
• Support the daily retail operations of the boutique
• Act as a CAMILLA brand ambassador, embracing our culture and values wholeheartedly
• Contribute to a vibrant, high-energy team environment
• Support innovative approaches to meet growing customer demand

Desired experience for our Boutique Stylists…

• Previous experience within a premium or luxury fashion retail environment
• A passion for styling, clienteling, and building long-term customer relationships
• A strong understanding of achieving financial, operational, and service KPIs
• A natural ability to lead by example and elevate those around you
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a love for growth and development
• A warm, engaging energy that shines through in your service style
• A desire to be part of something special from the very beginning
