Position

Copywriter / Editorial Writer

"Whatever you do - for work or pleasure - do it with passion! Live with passion..." * Christian Dior

Christian Dior was the couturier of dreams. From the founding of his House in 1947, marked by the New Look revolution, he transformed his dreams into marvelous creations. His visionary spirit constantly magnified women worldwide, inspiring his successors today more than ever. "Fabric is the sole vehicle of our dreams (...). Fashion, in short, stems from a dream, and a dream is an escape," he wrote in his work 'Je suis couturier'. Throughout his collections, Monsieur Dior became the demiurge of his muses' happiness.

Today, rich with this exceptional heritage and a community of over 6,500 talents, our House embodies more than ever the House of Talents envisioned by Christian Dior. In over 40 countries, we showcase our expertise, our audacity, and our excellence through the passion and creativity of our employees. Join us and create your future in our generous, disruptive, and ambitious universe where we grow in excellence, courage, and optimism.

YOUR IMPACT

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a highly creative English-language copywriter with a refined command of fashion's technical language - including garment construction, fabrications and craftsmanship - to join its Editorial team. This role calls for an exceptional writer with a strong editorial sensibility, a deep understanding of fashion, and the ability to translate complex creative and technical concepts into compelling, elegantly crafted narratives across all platforms.

  • Lead the creation of editorial and commercial copy across all channels - including newsletters, dior.com, social media (organic and paid) and Dior Magazine - ensuring clarity, consistency and creative excellence across formats.
  • Partner closely with the French copywriting team to ensure alignment of tone of voice, terminology and editorial approach across both languages.
  • Oversee and guide a small team of writers, maintaining high editorial standards and consistency of language and terminology.
  • Write and shape in-depth interviews and features with VIPs, craftspeople, artists and Creative Directors, demonstrating cultural insight, editorial rigour and narrative flow.
  • Edit and refine all content in line with Dior's editorial guidelines, ensuring precision, elegance and clarity.
  • Coordinate internal approval processes, translations and proofreading in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Review and adapt translations from French into English, preserving nuance, technical accuracy and editorial sophistication.
