This role is part of the enterprise-wide sustainability team shaping the future of impact within our brand and business. As an analyst for the Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) team, you will support various environmental programs and initiatives with your excellent project management, communication, organization skills, and data skills.

core responsibilities

  • Design and build reports and data visualizations that demonstrate vendor performance, and identify trends by country, product line, and parent vendor to aid in a targeted approach to remediation and programs.
  • Design and update process maps for internal RSC systems and analytics and suggest improvements to ensure we operate efficiently while having the greatest impact.
  • Lead the design and implementation of a quality assurance and data integrity process for all assessments performed on our vendors, their facilities, and their subcontractors.
  • Manage data analysis efforts for external reporting and ensure external reporting is accurate.
  • Support in the development of KPIs for internal decision making and inform vendor scorecards.
  • Support in the maintenance of systems; ensuring smooth transition of historical data and consistent use throughout the RSC team.
  • Collaborate with broader RSC team to seamlessly integrate social and environmental data
  • Bring passion and insights into lululemon's Responsible Supply Chain work.


qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sustainability, International development, Supply Chain management, or similar.
  • 3+ years' experience with managing and working on cross-functional projects
  • Strong knowledge of textiles/ product/ apparel processes and supply chain
  • Strong eye for detail, while being able to see the bigger picture
  • Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, and SQL for large, complex datasets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize time and tasks, and loves solving problems.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $88,200-115,800 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
