As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

We're looking for a SR PRODUCER, BRAND to partner with our Brand Marketing, Creative Operations and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns. You will leverage and develop strong partnerships internally with working teams and stakeholders, and externally with production partners and vendors to bring creative concepts to life. You are a creative problem solver, understand the creative process and workflow, and how to partner with both internal marketing teams and agency partners to bring work to life. You are a leader, creative problem solver, and operational thinker, with a love of people and production, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

what you'll do
  • Lead the end-to-end production of high-visibility regional marketing campaigns and top-tier initiatives, from brief intake through final delivery, overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Creative Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver work that meets business objectives-on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard.
  • Proactively identify and manage production risks, assessing impacts and presenting clear solutions; confidently escalate and enroll senior leaders when alignment or decisions are required.
  • Own and manage large-scale production budgets ($1M+), in partnership with Brand Managers, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain detailed production schedules and multi work-stream timelines, aligning deliverables across internal teams and external agency or production partners.
  • Oversee all production logistics and documentation, including contracts, permits, releases, licensing, insurance, and legal approvals, in close collaboration with Legal, BA, and Asset Protection teams.
  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class roster of production and creative vendors, leveraging strong industry relationships and sourcing partners that elevate creative execution.
  • Onboard, manage, and lead external production partners through pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases, ensuring clarity of scope, expectations, and adherence to established ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes, tools, and workflows, driving efficiencies while supporting the growth and evolution of the production function.
  • Act as a production subject-matter expert across the business, providing guidance, mentorship, and education to producers, creatives, and cross-functional partners.

what we're looking for
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in content and/or commercial production.
  • Strong production background required; agency experience producing large-scale marketing or commercial work is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary marketing and creative teams, with a deep understanding of creative workflows and production processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically while executing with precision.
  • Established industry relationships and a trusted network of production and creative partners.
  • Experience working within a global retail or consumer brand environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and partners through complex production timelines, milestones, and decision gates.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with efficiency and composure.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
