Job Details

Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for an ambitious and driven International sales manager to join our global sales team. This is a key role in the commercial organisation and an opportunity to join a creative and dynamic company at an interesting growth phase.

The role

As an International sales manager at Cecile Bahnsen you will be responsible for developing and executing our global wholesale strategy, drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners and other key industry stakeholders. You will play a central role in expanding the brands presence across key markets and actively seek opportunities to grow our community, brand awareness and positioning in your region.

Key responsibilities

- Driving revenue growth, brand positioning and brand awareness 

- Strategically develop and expand the wholesale footprint in your region

- Achieving seasonal sales targets

- Identify and develop new business opportunities 

- Manage and grow relationships with new and existing partners

- Lead seasonal sales campaigns, incentives and brand activations

- Track and analyse performance, sell through and current market trends

- Act as a brand ambassador at all times

 

The ideal candidate

You are commercially driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. You are proactive, solution oriented and always on the lookout for new business opportunities. As a person you are warm, positive and social and thrive from working in collaborative teams.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years wholesale experience within luxury/ designer fashion brands

- Strong understanding of global markets with an emphasis and expertise in North America and EMEA 

- Experience in driving key account growth 

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to travel internationally
 

The position is based at our HQ in Copenhagen and reports to the commercial director.
