Position

This position will support the eCommerce & Client Service Center (CSC) team in structuring, monitoring, and analyzing daily and periodical business performance data. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making and performance management within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Consolidate and manage daily eCommerce and Client Service Center (CSC) KPI data.
  • Support the monitoring of daily sales performance and sales forecast vs. actuals.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing CSC contact volume, inquiry mix, and productivity indicators.
  • Prepare and update standardized performance tracking files and dashboards regularly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and customer insight summaries.
  • Support customer data consolidation and basic segmentation analysis to identify key customer groups.
  • Assist with analyzing customer contact reasons and repeat inquiry drivers.
  • Support customer data consolidation across eCommerce and CSC channels
  • Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance and customer insight reports
  • Translate performance and customer data into clear business insights


Profile

QUALIFICATION
  • University graduate or above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Knowledge of data analysis/visualization tools is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills in English for both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset, and eager to learn about retail business operations.
